- Complete demolition of outdated storage units.
- Recycling of crushed materials from the demolition process to be reused for ground preparation, emphasising sustainability and reducing waste.

- Installation of advanced drainage systems, including:
- A large attenuation system to manage stormwater effectively.
- Five precast concrete manhole chambers and an interceptor tank for water treatment and regulation.
