Tarmac Final Surfacing – Cottier Grange Estate

Debmat Surfacing was proud to deliver the final road surfacing works for a prestigious Gentoo Homes site, bringing the Cottier Grange Estate up to adoptable council standards. Following essential kerb and ironwork repairs, we successfully completed the installation of a hot rolled asphalt (HRA) surface for the estate’s roads and a high-quality 6mm surface course to all footpaths.

The hot rolled asphalt (HRA) surfacing installed on the roads provides excellent durability and skid resistance, making it highly suitable for handling high-traffic areas. In addition, the 6mm course applied to the footpath surfacing offers a smooth, even finish that not only enhances the appearance of the estate but also ensures pedestrian safety. Furthermore, the kerb and ironwork repairs were completed to a high standard, contributing to the long-term resilience of the road infrastructure. With these works now complete, the estate roads are fully compliant with local council standards, ready for adoption, and built to last.
